Information we collect

We may collect account information, contact details, business profile information, provider vehicle information, customer names, pickup and dropoff details, route and mileage information, photos, run notes, invoices, proof package data, expense records, billing status, support requests, device information, diagnostics, and app activity.

Location data

Sollervia collects precise location from a driver's device in the foreground and, with permission, in the background while an active transport run or on-duty tracking session is in progress. Background collection may continue when the app is closed or not in use or the screen is locked. We use this information for live run tracking, dispatcher Fleet Map visibility, customer tracking and estimated arrival times, route and mileage records, and operational reminders.

Authorized users of the provider's organization can view driver location for dispatch and fleet operations. A customer may view the location and estimated arrival information for an active transport when the provider shares a customer tracking link. Location samples and tracking-session records are stored with operational records and retained as described under Data retention below. Collection stops when the active run or on-duty session ends. Drivers can control location permission in their device settings; limiting permission may prevent background tracking from working.

We may use infrastructure and other service providers to host, store, secure, and transmit location information as needed to operate these features. We do not sell location data or share it for third-party advertising.

Phone numbers and text messaging

Providers may use Sollervia to send service-related text messages to customers about active towing or vehicle-transport services, such as pickup and delivery updates, tracking links, estimated arrival times, invoices, receipts, and direct service coordination. We process phone numbers, message content, delivery information, and, where collected, SMS opt-in and opt-out information to provide and secure this feature.

We do not sell or rent mobile information. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with messaging and infrastructure service providers only as needed to deliver and operate the messaging service. Customers can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Photos and proof records

Providers may upload or capture pickup and dropoff photos for proof packages, customer records, and operational history. Users should only upload photos they are authorized to collect and share.

Payments

Payment processing may be handled by Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play. Apex Byte Labs does not store full payment card numbers. Payment providers may process billing details according to their own policies.

How we use information

We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, manage provider workflows, generate invoices and proof packages, provide support, process billing, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal or platform requirements.

Service providers

We may use hosting, database, payment, maps, email, SMS, analytics, storage, and error monitoring providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Apex Byte Labs.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers such as hosting, database, storage, payment, messaging, maps, app store billing, analytics, and error monitoring vendors when needed to operate Sollervia. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or resolve security and support issues.

Security

We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and rely on access controls, platform security, and provider tools to protect account and business data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain business records, provide support, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your choices

You can contact us to request account help, data correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, tax, legal, or legitimate business purposes.

Account deletion

You can start account deletion inside Sollervia from Settings or use the public instructions at apexbytelabs.com/delete-account.html. We deactivate account access and remove direct account identifiers where practical. Some operational, billing, audit, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained as permitted or required.
